We were approached by our client to help prepare his father’s empty property for sale. The 2 bedroom bungalow had been on the market a while with very little interest.

The property had a good spring clean but was still in need of some remedial works, however our brief was to showcase that the remedial works such as a new bathroom were liveable and could be replaced in due course.

The bungalow would appeal to both first time buyers and down-sizers, so had to be staged to appeal to a wide target audience.

We turned this project around in under 7 days from consultation to install and it worked and the bungalow sold in just under 2 weeks!!
