Staged to Sell - Empty Property - Breadsall Derbyshire

Our clients had moved and after renting their old family home for a number of years they had decided the time was right for them to sell. A difficult decision as the house had a lot of emotion attached the place where they bought their family up.

The large 4 bedroom in Derbyshire house was empty and some of the restricted height bedrooms seemed very small so they really saw the investment staging could bring when presenting the property for sale.

After carefully selecting furniture and accessories to work in room layouts that would inspire their target buyer, we then installed the project over 2 days and collaborated with Laura from MiniAperture Photography to capture stunning images.

This resulted in the property valuation being increased by £25k after staging. With the agent stating that our staging “had improved considerably our more difficult spaces & enhanced every room showing them in their best way!”

The property sold in just 2 days after the first viewing, a fabulous result for our lovely clients.
