Peveril Homes asked us to stage their The Cadeby house type at their successful Lily St Farm development in Derbyshire.

This stunning new build had a beautiful double aspect living room and gorgeous kitchen diner. Unlike most of their 4 bedroom detached homes the most interest from potential buyers of this house type came from downsizers, we therefore staged it to appeal to this target audience with a slightly more mature feel, traditional furniture and classic styling in beautiful jewel tones.

This view home was then reserved by it's new owners within a matter of weeks from our staging.
