We transformed this 3/4 bedroom property, which had previously been let as a HMO, into a family home to appeal to target buyers.

Since it was a three-storey home with a living room on the first floor, it was crucial to showcase a downstairs living space for flexibility. This was especially important because the property would attract young growing families. We staged the potential fourth downstairs bedroom as a family space with a study area to demonstrate the maximum flexibility of the spaces at the property.

Using a warm bright colour palette throughout the empty spaces became warm and inviting, standing out for all the right reasons on property portals.
